Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the sample size, type, and cost. Small piece samples are generally provided free of charge, while larger or customized samples may be subject to a sample charge. Shipping costs and applicable sample charges can be refunded when a subsequent formal order reaches the specified order amount. Please contact us with your sample requirements for details.
For orders below USD 5,000, payment is 100% by T/T in advance. For orders above USD 5,000, the standard terms are 30% by T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. L/C at sight or other payment arrangements may also be agreed depending on the order.
For customized products, the process generally starts with confirming the drawings and product details. The purchasing terms for the mold and sample are then confirmed. Mold and sample production starts after the advance payment for the mold is received. The sample is sent for testing and approval, followed by batch production after sample approval.
A commonly used HS code for FRP building products is 39259000. However, actual classification may vary depending on the product type, composition, and destination country. The applicable HS code should therefore be confirmed for the specific product and importing country.
We generally recommend a minimum order quantity of 500 meters for fiberglass profiles and 50 square meters for FRP gratings. For larger order quantities, unit prices may be more favorable because fixed costs such as customs clearance and forwarder charges can be distributed across a greater volume. Actual pricing depends on order size, product configuration, and destination.
