It'll depend on the cost of the samples. For small piece samples, they are free; for larger or customized samples, a sample charge may apply. Shipping costs and sample charges can be refunded when subsequent formal orders reach a specified amount.

Which Payment Terms Do You Offer?

For order amount less than 5,000 USD: by100% TT deposit.

For order amount over 5,000 USD, by 30% TT in advance and balance before shipment, LC at sight or other agreed ways.

How to Proceed With Customized Products?

Get the drawing and product details confirmed.

Confirm purchasing terms for the mold and sample.

Start mold and sample production after advance payment (100% TT for mold) is received.

Sample is sent for test.

Batch production order after approval of the sample.

What's Your MOQ?

We generally recommend a minimum order quantity of 500 meters for fiberglass profiles and 50 square meters for FRP gratings. For larger order quantities, unit prices may be more favorable because fixed costs such as customs clearance and forwarder charges are distributed across a greater volume. Actual pricing depends on order size, product configuration, and destination.
