Fiberglass H beam or I beam is one of the fiberglass structural profiles that are made through pultrusion process, by pulling the finished profiles through a heated steel forming die. Fiberglass beams offer exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. These beams are designed to provide structural support and stability in various construction and industrial applications.

Pultrusion Technology

Pultrusion is a continuous process, in which the reinforcing fibres are impregnated with a thermoset resin.

After the impregnation with resin, the fibres are led into the heated tool according to the shape of the profile. In the tool the profile is cured and then pulled out and cut to the required length.

Material and Construction

Crafted from high-quality pultruded fiberglass or reinforced plastics, FRP H I-Beams are engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions while maintaining their structural integrity. Their lightweight yet robust construction makes them ideal for diverse structural applications.

FRP H I-Beams are indispensable structural components, offering exceptional strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Their versatility makes them suitable for various applications across construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
