फाइबरग्लास T-प्रोफाइल, जिन्हें FRP T-प्रोफाइल या फाइबरग्लास T-sections भी कहा जाता है, pultrusion से निर्मित structural profiles हैं जिनमें एक vertical web और horizontal flange होता है। ये glass fiber reinforcement और thermosetting resin matrix से बनाए जाते हैं और उन उपयोगों में लगाए जाते हैं जहाँ corrosion resistance, dimensional stability और electrical non-conductivity आवश्यक होती है। सामान्य उपयोगों में structural framing, stiffeners, supports और bracing शामिल हैं। चुने गए section का mechanical behavior profile dimensions, resin system और reinforcement configuration से प्रभावित होता है।

यह प्रोफाइल pultrusion process द्वारा बनाया जाता है, जिसमें glass fiber reinforcement को resin के साथ मिलाकर heated forming die के माध्यम से खींचा जाता है ताकि T-shaped section बनाया जा सके। इस प्रक्रिया में reinforcement का एक महत्वपूर्ण भाग profile की length के साथ align होता है और एक repeatable cross-sectional geometry बनती है।
