Fiberglass mini mesh grating is a kind of heavy duty FRP grid, also known as small hole fiberglass grating, the grid size is: 19x19mm/38x38mm or 25x25mm/50x50mm. First, the structure is different. The mesh of the small hole FRP grid plate is divided into two layers, while the ordinary FRP grating has only one layer in 38x38mm or 50X50mm, so the small hole fiberglass gratings have heavier bearing capacity and more complex in production, and the price is higher than that of the ordinary FRP grid.
Second, mini mesh FRP grating and ordinary FRP grating are produced by different molds. The production process of mini mesh FRP grating is more complex, and the daily output is relatively lower. The whole plate size of mini mesh FRP grating is less than that of ordinary FRP grating.
The small hole mini mesh glass fiber reinforced plastic grating also has the advantages of impact resistance, no deformation, anti-corrosion, no rust and no maintenance after installation, which eliminates the cost of repeated maintenance and replacement. It is generally used in the car wash, sewage treatment plant, which needs both through holes and filtration.
