Installation of Car-wash Grating
Major specification applied in car wash room: 38x38x38m, or heavy load 50x50x50mm gratings.
There are two main installation methods of car washing fiber grates: support beam installation, and trench installation.
Taking the common trench installation as an example, we suggest that:
1. The clear width of the ditch shall be at least 30cm
2. The fiberglass grates are connected by at least 4 buckles
3. There shall be support beams at the bottom of the joint between two gratings
4. The height of support beam shall not be less than 20cm for easy drainage
5. To prevent the gratings from loosening and moving, two ajacent grating panels can be connected with C type grating clamps.
